I’d still give this place a solid 5-star rating without hesitation.

Despite multiple calls requesting cleaning and repairs, only one service visit occurred during our five-day stay. The air conditioning was extremely loud, and the room had a strong cigarette smell. Furniture showed visible burn marks from cigarettes, and there were no proper cutlery—just two paper cups provided. The sink was clogged, and despite reporting it, it remained unfixed. We also received only one hanger per person, had to call again for more (and still only got three), and toilet paper was never replaced. Customer service was unresponsive and indifferent. Overall, the quality didn’t match the price, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort or value.
