The apartment I received was different from the one I booked. Just a day before my trip, I was contacted to inform me that my original unit wasn’t available and they offered a different option. I had reserved a one-bedroom with a sofa bed in the living room, but instead was placed in a studio apartment—way too cramped for a couple plus an extra guest, and seriously lacking in privacy. To make matters worse, the new unit didn’t have a pool, which was a real disappointment given how hot it was in São Paulo over the weekend. A swim would’ve been such a welcome relief. While the platform did reach out proactively to adjust my booking, the final accommodation didn’t match expectations. The overall experience felt underwhelming, especially considering what I’d originally planned for.

I’m not sure where they’re coming from, but it’s definitely not due to the host—the cleanliness standards are high. Kitchen essentials are available, but having a pressure cooker would be a nice upgrade, especially for someone like me who just can’t live without a good pot of beans (I’m from Rio!). That said, it’s more of a personal preference. A quick note to fellow guests: please respect the space—wash dishes after use and avoid leaving burnt pots behind. The host’s service is outstanding—prompt responses at any time, always helpful and professional. Everything promised in the listing is delivered, including laundry services, which are reasonably priced and not excessive. Overall, my stay was fantastic. Kudos to the whole team—great experience!
