Arrived late after a delayed flight, but the hotel front desk still had several staff members on duty—older but incredibly warm and welcoming. Breakfast was generous, and since it coincided with Halloween, the restaurant staff were dressed in festive costumes, adding a fun, lively atmosphere—especially great for families. One minor inconvenience: checking luggage required going down to the basement level (-1), which didn’t have an elevator, and using the self-service lockers took a bit more effort than expected. Still, these small hiccups didn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. The service, comfort, and value are top-notch—definitely planning to stay here again.
