Their warm hospitality made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. For the price, this hotel offers excellent value and comfort. What really stands out is the unique charm of the traditional Thai timber houses—simple, elegant, and full of character. I’ve already started planning my return visit. Mat and Khaek made our arrival in Chiang Mai unforgettable—they picked us up from the bus station and generously shared local tips that helped us plan every part of our trip. Khaek arranged a reliable driver at an excellent rate, making it easy to explore places like the hot springs, elephant sanctuary, and scenic monk trails. Breakfasts prepared by Mat were a highlight—creative, delicious, and thoughtfully tailored to my vegetarian and fish-friendly preferences. While the property is located outside the city center, getting around is simple: Grab rides cost just 125 baht, and there’s a fantastic Japanese restaurant nearby that Mat kindly drove us to and from. Their hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine warmth made us feel right at home. A truly memorable stay with a personal touch.

I stayed in Building B, which is a bit farther from the bustling area, and honestly, that was a big plus—peaceful at night, so I slept like a baby without any noise disturbance. Just a short 5-6 minute walk across a bridge gets you to the night market, and it's about 10 minutes to the main shopping district—super convenient for exploring. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, with staff who were attentive and helpful. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained. Amenities are solid: air conditioning, mini-fridge, hairdryer, electric kettle, and plenty of power outlets—great for travelers with multiple devices. I also appreciated the little touch of instant coffee sticks placed by the entrance to B building; just use the kettle and enjoy a warm drink anytime. There’s even a 7-Eleven right across the bridge for quick snacks or essentials. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. I’ll definitely be coming back here on my next trip to Chiang Mai.
