We stayed at the Modern Apartments in Puerto Madero for six nights and ended up extending our trip by another seven—so much so that we didn’t want to leave! The location is absolutely perfect. We were in a quiet, stylish neighborhood with plenty of green spaces right outside the building—ideal for morning walks or just unwinding. The ecological reserve is just a five-minute walk away, offering a peaceful escape from the city buzz. Nearby, you’ll find a Jumbo supermarket and Hawaii Market, a great Asian grocery store—both within easy reach. Getting to major historical sites was super convenient; an Uber ride took only about 10 minutes, but we actually preferred walking most of the way, soaking in the local vibe along the way. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained—exactly what you’d want for a comfortable stay. Our host communicated via WhatsApp throughout our stay, handling check-in and all inquiries promptly and efficiently. Breakfast was served at a small restaurant on-site starting at 8:30 AM. While the menu was fixed with four options (no fruit included), it was satisfying and fresh enough for us. The coffee was excellent—rich and aromatic, a real highlight each morning. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. If you're visiting Buenos Aires for work or leisure, this apartment is a top recommendation.
