The front desk staff were consistently friendly, often waving or asking how our day was—genuine interest that made a real difference. Luis, the general manager, was incredibly kind and professional. Alexis, one of the bellboys, stood out with his helpfulness and cheerful attitude. And Florencia, the hostess at breakfast, set a five-star tone with her polished service and attention to detail. We’ve stayed at many luxury resorts around the world, but this experience felt just as exceptional, if not better. It’s clear the team here cares deeply about guest satisfaction.
