We stayed four nights, yet never received room cleaning, which was disappointing. Overall, while the hotel is decent for a quick stopover, the lack of basic housekeeping and uninspired breakfast options make it hard to recommend. Not something I’d book again.

The bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect after a long day exploring Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights. From check-in to checkout, everything felt thoughtfully done. This place is a hidden gem in Orlando. I’d 10/10 recommend it and will definitely be returning. It’s not just a hotel—it’s a great home base for your Orlando adventure.
