Fairmont San Francisco

Staying at the Fairmont San Francisco was an exceptional experience. While the hotel doesn't have the ultra-modern flair of newer properties, its timeless elegance and impeccable upkeep truly shine through. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and exuded a sense of quiet luxury. What stood out most was the consistently high standard in service, cleanliness, and location—everything felt thoughtfully curated. For the price, the level of attention to detail and guest comfort was outstanding. Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco

Staying at the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco was an exceptional experience. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a spacious layout—perfect for a suite. We were greeted with fresh fruit and a personalized welcome note, which added a nice touch of luxury. The front desk isn’t located on the ground floor, so you need to take the elevator directly to the reception area—but it’s well-organized and efficient. The hotel's location is unbeatable: just a short 800-meter walk to the Moscone Center, making it ideal for business travelers. One downside is that breakfast isn’t included, not even a buffet option—so we had to order separately. However, everything else more than made up for it. The neighborhood felt safe and clean, with no visible homelessness, which gave peace of mind. From service to ambiance, every detail reflects the brand’s high standard. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Francisco.

Hotel Nikko San Francisco

Staying at Hotel Nikko San Francisco was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. During breakfast, I went to grab an extra serving of fruit and noticed that the dishes left on the table had already been cleared—slightly surprising at first, but I’m sure it was just a misunderstanding since we hadn’t fully left yet. A quick verbal note like 'We’re still here' would’ve helped avoid any confusion. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall great impression. What truly stood out was the evening check-out for my late-night flight. I called an Uber, but felt uneasy about walking outside the hotel due to the area’s vibe. Thankfully, a staff member walked me all the way to the car and stayed until I was safely inside. That small gesture made me feel incredibly safe and valued. The level of hospitality throughout the entire stay was exceptional—thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely warm. This isn’t just a hotel; it’s a place where you feel cared for. I’ll definitely be back.

This historic building has been thoughtfully restored with elegant, timeless decor that feels both classy and welcoming. The bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night’s sleep—and our room was surprisingly quiet despite being in the heart of downtown. The shower pressure was outstanding, and the bathroom felt spacious and well-designed. The staff were exceptional, especially the team at the on-site restaurant who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Right outside the door is a cable car stop, and there are multiple bus routes just steps away—getting around the city is effortless. Lombard Inn

The Lombard Inn is a solid choice if you're looking for a no-frills stay in San Francisco. The rooms are clean and the beds are surprisingly comfortable—perfect for a good night's rest. While the decor and furnishings feel a bit dated, they’re still functional and adequately maintained. One thing worth mentioning is that the hallways had a slight musty odor, likely due to the carpets needing a deep clean. That said, it’s an easy fix and doesn’t detract much from the overall experience. I’d recommend this hotel for travelers who prioritize comfort and convenience over modern design. It’s a reliable option with great value, especially if you're on a budget.

It’s a hidden gem with a welcoming vibe, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone passing through.

Kailash Hotel

On Friday, April 21st at 10:15 AM, a guest from another building at the hotel climbed over the fence between units 179 and 173, entered our private driveway area, then climbed over our fence and left toward Wiese Street, heading toward 16th Street. We immediately called 911. The situation was alarming and unsettling. While police responded promptly, the incident raised serious concerns about property security and safety protocols. It's important to note that making assumptions based on someone's background is not only inappropriate but also harmful. As guests, we expect the hotel to maintain a secure environment for all. We hope management will take immediate action to improve fencing, surveillance, and overall safety measures to prevent future incidents.
