I stayed at Alexis Park San Francisco and overall, the experience was positive. The cleaning service was excellent—rooms were consistently tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay. The host was genuinely kind and helpful, making check-in and any inquiries a smooth process. That said, I should mention that the neighborhood feels unsafe, especially in the evenings. I’d advise being cautious when walking around after dark and sticking close to the hotel grounds if possible. Despite the area’s concerns, the hotel itself is clean, welcoming, and offers great value for the quality of service. If you prioritize cleanliness and friendly staff, this place is still worth considering—just be mindful of your surroundings.

The room at SF Plaza Hotel was immaculate and spotlessly clean—right from the moment we walked in, everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable with just the right amount of support, making for a restful night’s sleep. Located just a short walk from the BART station, getting around San Francisco was super easy. We loved how close we were to local eateries, street food stalls, and nightlife—perfect for exploring the city without spending too much time commuting. The Adrian Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The manager was incredibly accommodating when I requested to extend my stay and add an extra guest to the booking—no issues at all, just smooth and friendly service. Best of all, there was no deposit required upfront, which made planning so much easier. Check-out was quick and hassle-free, allowing me to leave without any stress. Located just minutes from downtown San Francisco, it’s a perfect base for exploring the city. Clean rooms, excellent staff, and a fantastic value for the price. I’ll definitely be returning.

Don't trust the positive reviews online! The staff is unfriendly and only accepts cash payments, which is very inconvenient. The view from our room was nothing but a rundown industrial area and a busy highway—noisy and unappealing. The towels were worn out and stained, the carpet looked like it hadn’t been replaced in years. We booked a non-smoking room, but the smell of smoke was strong in the curtains and on the carpet—completely misleading. The bed covers looked untouched and extremely dirty. Honestly, this place is not just disappointing—it’s unacceptable. From cleanliness to service and overall condition, everything fell far short of basic standards. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Lombard Inn is a solid choice if you're looking for a no-frills stay in San Francisco. The rooms are clean and the beds are surprisingly comfortable—perfect for a good night's rest. While the decor and furnishings feel a bit dated, they’re still functional and adequately maintained. One thing worth mentioning is that the hallways had a slight musty odor, likely due to the carpets needing a deep clean. That said, it’s an easy fix and doesn’t detract much from the overall experience. I’d recommend this hotel for travelers who prioritize comfort and convenience over modern design. It’s a reliable option with great value, especially if you're on a budget.

We stayed in Glasgow for a few days and stopped by this hotel for breakfast—had no expectations going in, but was pleasantly surprised. The menu options were somewhat limited, but the warm welcome and excellent service from Thomas made all the difference. He went above and beyond to make our morning special. It’s a hidden gem with a welcoming vibe, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone passing through.

On Friday, April 21st at 10:15 AM, a guest from another building at the hotel climbed over the fence between units 179 and 173, entered our private driveway area, then climbed over our fence and left toward Wiese Street, heading toward 16th Street. We immediately called 911. The situation was alarming and unsettling. While police responded promptly, the incident raised serious concerns about property security and safety protocols. It's important to note that making assumptions based on someone's background is not only inappropriate but also harmful. As guests, we expect the hotel to maintain a secure environment for all. We hope management will take immediate action to improve fencing, surveillance, and overall safety measures to prevent future incidents.
