Even though it's not a brand-new property, Shangri-La still delivers the reliable luxury I've come to expect. The room was spotless and well-equipped, with plenty of space—especially the executive suite, which had a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa that could easily double as a guest bed. The view from the suite was impressive, offering a great outlook over the city skyline. One of the highlights was access to the Executive Lounge. While the happy hour offerings weren’t extensive, the selection was solid—great for grabbing a bite and a drink after a long day. Overall, the experience was excellent from start to finish. The service, comfort, and attention to detail all reflect the high standards this hotel is known for. Definitely a top-tier choice for both business and leisure travelers.

But the real showstopper? The view of the Ferris wheel at night—it’s breathtaking. The lights sparkle across the river, creating a romantic and unforgettable atmosphere. And the service? Outstanding. The staff went above and beyond — especially Manager Xiao Meng at reception, who gave us great tips on photo spots and even helped us explore Jin Street, including the fun tradition of stepping on copper coins.
