Staff were incredibly kind and attentive—always smiling, offering help without being intrusive, and going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. One small note: I accidentally left a pair of snow boots in the room, and unfortunately, no reminder was sent upon check-out. It would be great if the hotel could implement a more proactive lost items notification system. That said, this minor oversight didn’t take away from the excellent stay. The staff, especially Qiao Yuan and Jing Qi at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and attentive—greeting me with a warm cup of tea upon check-in made the experience feel personal and welcoming. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with clean lines and a calming atmosphere that made it perfect for relaxing after a long day. I appreciated the excellent soundproofing too—no noise from the hallway or street, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. It’s rare to find such convenience and value in this category. It felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just checking into a hotel. The hospitality made the early arrival feel effortless and special.
