Special shoutout to Guest Experience Manager Billy Liang, who went above and beyond when he learned about my parents’ anniversary visit. He personally delivered a birthday cake, arranged a reservation at the rooftop Longfeng Hall, and even made sure they enjoyed live classic jazz music at the hotel bar. He even snapped a sweet photo for them to cherish. My parents were truly touched and said it was one of the most memorable trips of their lives.
