It’s decent, but not much better than Swissotel in terms of experience, yet priced higher. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, spending nearly the entire morning splashing around in the hot tub and playing with the fountains. The sofa bed in the room made it feel instantly like a family suite—super comfortable and spacious. It was also the first time our child slept alone in a room, marking a small but meaningful step toward independence. We booked through a platform, and the rate was great for the quality. This was our third stay in Singapore, and Shangri-La stood out for its excellent Chinese-speaking service—many staff members were fluent in Mandarin, making communication easy and welcoming. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the breakfast spread was outstanding—by far the best I’ve had at any hotel so far, rivaling even some luxury properties. I’d been concerned about noise issues mentioned in other reviews, but during my stay, everything was quiet and peaceful. The combination of hardwood floors and carpeted bed area worked perfectly for me, especially as someone with allergies.
