The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. While there aren’t many shops right outside the hotel, it’s just a short ride to downtown Dallas via public transit, and there are a few convenient fast food spots and small convenience stores nearby for essentials. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast—generous portions and tasty. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Dallas.

I was really hoping for better energy from the front desk staff, but unfortunately, it didn’t happen. I ended up stuck in Dallas during a layover due to a delayed flight and booked this hotel without realizing there are two airports—this property is actually near DWL, not DAL where I landed. That made getting here extremely inconvenient. I called to see if I could cancel or transfer my reservation to a closer Wyndham location, but after three minutes of ringing, someone finally answered with just ‘Hello?’—no introduction, no mention of the property. As I tried to explain my situation, I was repeatedly interrupted with ‘What terminal? What terminal?’ before being hung up on. It took three more calls before I finally reached someone who listened—after reintroducing myself and asking to speak to a manager, only to be told, ‘I am the only manager.’ At last, I got a chance to share my story, but even then, there was no solution offered. That’s okay—I understand policies aren’t always flexible—but the attitude was unacceptable. The staff member seemed clearly unwell mentally, showing zero empathy or care for guests in need. I spent way too much time and emotional energy dealing with something that should’ve been simple. Travel is stressful enough without having to battle negative energy from people you’re supposed to rely on for help. When I finally got through again, I politely wished them a good night, and I sincerely hope the team here receives the support they need to rediscover their passion for guest service. P.S. I also reached out to the booking site for assistance—was on hold for 18 minutes while they tried (and failed) to contact the hotel. A refund is still pending, and I had to book another room at a different Wyndham property. While I can’t comment on the actual accommodations here, customer service alone earns this place zero stars. Heartbroken and disappointed.

Located just a few miles from uptown Dallas, this hotel offers a clean, safe, and comfortable stay with excellent value. The room was well-maintained and quiet, making it a great base for exploring the city. Easy access to public transit and nearby dining options made getting around convenient. Despite being slightly off the main downtown hub, the location is still ideal for travelers seeking comfort and convenience without the higher price tag. Highly recommend for a stress-free visit.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from downtown Dallas and close to Love Field Airport, making travel hassle-free. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt secure, which gave us peace of mind. One small downside was that the complimentary breakfast ended at 8 AM, which felt a bit early if you're not an early riser. Still, considering the value, comfort, and location, it’s definitely a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’d happily return and recommend it to others.

Staying at Sova Micro-Room & Social Hotel in Dallas was an absolute highlight of my trip. The location is perfect—just a short walk from downtown and surrounded by great dining options and local vibes. Even though the rooms are compact, they’re incredibly well-designed with smart space-saving features; the bed was super comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Cleanliness stood out immediately—the entire space felt fresh and meticulously maintained, down to the bathroom fixtures. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile with recommendations for nearby spots to check out. For the quality, price, and overall experience, this place is unbeatable. It’s not just a hotel—it’s a lifestyle. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely loved this property! The apartment was spotless and incredibly comfortable, especially the beds—perfect for a relaxing stay. Its location was unbeatable, just a short walk from several great restaurants and vibrant nightlife spots. The restaurant right below, Sister, was an absolute highlight—excellent food and service. We didn’t notice any noise coming from Sister, but if you’re in a room facing the street, you might catch faint sounds from nearby clubs—nothing disruptive, just something to note. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Dallas!

I stayed at Bishop Arts Suites and overall, I was really impressed. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the artistic vibe of the rooms made for a unique and cozy atmosphere. Location-wise, it’s super convenient—just a short walk to local restaurants and attractions, and public transit is nearby. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern, and the AC worked perfectly. Only minor issue was that the TV wouldn’t turn on during my stay—tried restarting it a few times with no luck—but since everything else was great, it didn’t ruin the experience. Definitely worth considering for a stylish, quiet getaway in Dallas.

The location was excellent—just a short walk from downtown Dallas and super convenient for exploring the city. However, the public areas could use some attention: the elevator wasn’t clean, and there was a noticeable odor in the hallways. That said, my room was spotless and well-organized, which made a big difference. A few practical tips for future guests: bring your own power adapter—those lamp outlets don’t work—and pack your own toiletries, as the hotel only provides soap. It’s definitely not a luxury stay, but if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option with a great location, it gets the job done.

Staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas Market Center - Love Field was an absolute pleasure. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from downtown Dallas, making it super convenient for exploring the city. I arrived at 8 AM and was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early—no waiting, no hassle. The room was brand new, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was modern and well-maintained, and everything felt fresh and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly, professional service—always smiling, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast was simple but satisfying: warm pastries, fresh coffee, and a good selection of staples. It wasn’t fancy, but it hit the mark perfectly. If I’m ever back in Dallas, this hotel will be my first choice. Great value, excellent location, and a truly relaxing stay.

My husband and I visited Dallas to see our college son, and this was our first stay at the Marriott Uptown. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the excellent location—steps away from great shopping, amazing restaurants, and a really safe neighborhood. The hotel’s bar was vibrant and welcoming, with plenty of lounge space perfect for sipping a cocktail before dinner. The ambiance was relaxed yet stylish, and the staff made us feel right at home. Everything—from the comfortable rooms to the thoughtful touches—was top-notch. We’ll definitely be returning next time we visit our son. Highly recommend this gem in downtown Dallas!

Check-in was seamless, and the platform’s support team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The suite itself was immaculate, cozy, and well-maintained, with a modern touch that made it feel like home. The included gym was a nice bonus—ideal for staying active during travel. Everything was clean, functional, and thoughtfully designed. With such a great vibe, top-notch cleanliness, and excellent service, this place easily earns a 10/10. Would book again without hesitation!

Staying at Amyfinehouse in downtown Dallas was an absolute delight. The location is perfect—quiet yet central, just steps away from shopping, dining, and major attractions. I loved how easy it was to get around without needing a car, but having parking available was a huge plus for my trip. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with modern touches that made the space feel warm and inviting. Despite being in the heart of the city, the surroundings were surprisingly peaceful—no noise or disturbances at all. It felt like a true home away from home. The 10/10 rating is well deserved—this place offers comfort, convenience, and value all in one. I’d definitely stay here again.
