One of the biggest highlights is the location: just a short tram ride from Vienna Hauptbahnhof (main train station), making it super convenient for travelers arriving or departing by rail. The neighborhood is diverse, with a mix of cultures including many Muslim and Black residents, but it felt safe, vibrant, and authentically local—definitely adds character to the area. The only minor downside is that the floor has a lot of rooms, so finding your door after stepping out of the elevator can take a bit of time. A few more signage markers would help. Despite that, the hotel offers great value for money and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.

Getting around Vienna is incredibly easy from here. Check-out was hassle-free—you simply return your key card, no long queues or delays. The only minor issue is the gap between the shower door and floor, which can cause water to splash out during use, but it’s a small trade-off. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value and convenience. If I ever return to Vienna, I’d definitely stay here again.
