While breakfast isn’t included, there’s a great Indian restaurant and a supermarket right across the street, so grabbing a meal or essentials is super easy. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value, comfort, and location. If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable stay in Riyadh, Abat Suites is definitely worth considering.

With three bedrooms offering seven beds, it’s perfect for families or groups of friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking, but we ended up enjoying our meals outdoors on the balcony—such a great way to soak in the views and fresh air. The living room is massive with two large TVs, making movie nights extra cozy. Everything about this apartment screams comfort and convenience. I’d highly recommend it—excellent value, and I’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time visiting Saudi Arabia, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect from local homestays. The hosts are from Ningxia and have been living here for years; they’re genuinely warm and welcoming, offered free airport pickup, and gave us excellent local tips on where to go. It’s rare to find such personal care and hospitality. I’ll definitely be booking again on my next trip to Riyadh — highly recommend!
