They even brought my meal and placed it directly on the bed. The luggage stand is half broken, and the electrical outlets dangle loose—very unsafe. Check-out is at 11:00 AM, and when I requested a one-hour extension (my flight wasn’t until 4:00 PM), they charged me ₹500—absolutely unreasonable. And let me tell you, I was literally one of only a few guests there at the time. For a supposedly mid-range hotel, they lack basic hospitality.
