Staying at Volcano View Hotel Santorini was an absolute dream come true. The view from the room is breathtaking—perfectly framed views of the harbor, the iconic volcano, and passing cruise ships make every moment feel like a postcard. The property boasts several swimming pools, though the cool weather prevented us from enjoying them to the fullest. That said, the ambiance and setting are worth it. Breakfast was excellent—plenty of choices, fresh ingredients, and great quality. The only minor downside is that getting to Fira requires a taxi, which can be a bit pricey. However, the scenic drive makes up for it, and public transport options are convenient if you're on a budget. Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional value with its stunning location and attentive service. A must-visit for anyone seeking beauty, comfort, and unforgettable sunsets.

Astro Palace Hotel & Suites

This is our third visit to Astro Palace Hotel in Fira, Santorini — and every time feels like coming home. Since our first stay back in 2022, followed by 2023, and now again in 2025, this place has truly become a second home for us. The property is impeccably maintained, with a staff team that’s not only professionally trained but also genuinely warm and attentive. We’ve experienced some of the best hospitality we’ve ever encountered during our travels around the world. Staying at De Sol Hotel & Spa in Santorini was an absolute delight. The resort has a beautifully authentic vacation vibe—every corner feels like a postcard come to life. The rooms are spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping that ensures freshness and comfort (though it does take a bit of time, which is totally worth it). The view? Unbelievable—directly overlooking the iconic cliffside white buildings and endless blue Aegean Sea. Watching the sunset from my balcony was magical. Dinner at the hotel was a highlight—romantic ambiance, delicious food, and excellent service. Staff were attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Plus, the location is perfect: just a short walk or easy transit away from the top attractions. The rooms were spotless, stylishly designed, and equipped with all the essentials, including a luxurious bathroom that made me feel like I was staying in a private villa. Location is excellent—just a short walk to charming local cafes, boutiques, and the main town. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and service at this price point.
