I first discovered this gem on Xiaohongshu and ended up booking through the platform for a 3-night stay—so glad I did! The Heritage Wing Suite offered incredible perks: three restaurants—Palm Court (Heritage Wing), Planters Lounge, and Sarkies—perfectly matched to my breakfast needs over three days. I also enjoyed unlimited access to both the Victory Wing and Heritage Wing infinity pools. Afternoon tea was complimentary from 12–6 PM, followed by cocktail hour from 6–7 PM—such a lovely touch. The in-room mini-fridge was fully stocked with 10 free drinks daily, plus one bottle of wine. Housekeeping came twice daily—morning and afternoon—for a consistently clean space. The only minor issue was a slight musty smell upon arrival, but it disappeared within a few days. With so many stunning photo spots—definitely more than 20—I couldn’t stop taking pictures. This hotel is a true visual delight and an absolute highlight of my trip.

The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the shower and tub worked perfectly. I didn’t quite figure out how to operate the jacuzzi, but after a long day of walking, soaking in it was pure bliss. Next time, I’ll bring my own bath salts. The building is old, so when guests upstairs walk, you can hear the floorboards creak slightly—nothing disruptive, just a little character. Most attractions are within walking distance, and the neighborhood stays quiet at night, making it ideal for a peaceful stay. One highlight? The sunset view from the balcony—it was breathtaking. And don’t miss the nearby Nasi Kandar Deen Mutiara. The food is delicious and definitely worth a visit.
