We also appreciated the on-site parking, which was perfect for our rental car, and the ability to rent bikes directly at the hotel—a real plus for cycling around town. Stayed for two nights and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel is incredibly easy to find—just take the free ferry from the Central Station’s F2 pier to IJplein, then a 10-minute walk along the bike path to reach the property. There are two supermarkets right downstairs (Dirk and Jumbo), so grabbing snacks or essentials is super convenient. Staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help—answered every question promptly and politely. During marathon season, they even provided helpful transportation tips, which showed real thoughtfulness. The room was spacious, well-laid out, and had a clean, minimalist design. The bed was comfortable, linens were fresh, and the bathroom had strong water pressure—perfect for a refreshing shower. Noise insulation was excellent; we didn’t hear anything from neighboring rooms. Breakfast was a highlight: a wide variety of breads, all freshly baked and delicious, with quick replenishment throughout service.
