I stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Milan, using it as a convenient hub to explore Turin, Verona, and Venice—all easily accessible from here. The location is great for transit, and the hotel itself offers a comfortable, clean environment with friendly staff. The only minor downside is that it’s a bit far from the metro station—about a 15-minute walk—but there are several bus options nearby: Bus 42 goes directly to the train station, while Buses 43 and 81 pass through the city center. Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay. Great value for money, quiet surroundings, and excellent access to public transport. I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Milan.

Right after exiting the hotel gate, turn left then immediately right—there’s a tiny pizzeria just around the corner. Their pizza is delicious and super affordable. I highly recommend trying their €1 chicken wings and that mysterious sweet treat on the counter (looks like noodles, tastes like heaven). Also, on the way to the metro station, there’s a cozy little café where you can grab a seat outside and enjoy freshly baked pastries—crispy on the outside, soft inside, absolutely perfect for breakfast. We were supposed to receive the door code via email upon check-in, but it never arrived. When I tried to contact Italianway staff, I could barely hear them due to the loud noise in the office. They insisted it had been sent and that we should have it already. After about 15 minutes of back-and-forth, they finally resent it. All this happened while we were standing outside in 34°C heat, waiting with our two heavy suitcases. To make matters worse, we had to carry everything up three flights of stairs to a flat without air conditioning—something that wasn’t mentioned anywhere before booking. As someone who’s lived in Italy for over 20 years (my wife is Italian), I know what to expect when traveling here, but this was still an exhausting experience, especially for us in our mid-seventies. That said, the apartment was clean and located in a very convenient spot—our only positive takeaway.
