Staying at Meriton Suites Chatswood was an absolutely seamless experience—truly impressive. The location is perfect: just a short walk to the train station, making commutes into Sydney CBD super convenient. Whether you're heading to work, exploring the city, or just grabbing dinner, everything is within easy reach. The area is packed with great options for quick meals, including plenty of Chinese fast food and local grocery stores. I even cooked a hotpot right in my apartment using fresh ingredients from nearby markets—so much convenience! While the price is on the higher side, the quality of the accommodation, the comfort of the rooms, and the unbeatable location make it totally worth every cent. Honestly, I can't find a single flaw. If you're looking for a hassle-free, well-located stay in Chatswood, this place is a top choice.

I booked a 7-night stay at Quest North Sydney for the Sydney Marathon, and it turned out to be a perfect choice. The hotel is located just a short walk from the race start line, making everything super convenient. It’s also only a 5-6 minute stroll to Victoria Cross Metro Station, which makes getting around the city effortless. I stayed in a studio with a small kitchenette—compact but fully equipped. I was able to cook everything from simple Western meals to quick Chinese stir-fries and snacks. Housekeeping came by every 1-2 days, keeping the room clean and tidy. The soundproofing is decent, so no noise from neighbouring rooms during the night. The only downside? The bathroom is quite small, and the shower has only a fixed showerhead without a handheld attachment, which made rinsing a bit awkward. A handheld sprayer or even a toaster oven instead of a microwave would’ve been a nice upgrade. Overall, though, this place offers great value, especially for longer stays or event-goers. Highly recommend.

Staying at The Sebel Sydney Chatswood was a fantastic experience overall. The location is excellent—just steps away from a variety of dining options and a large shopping mall, making it super convenient for both meals and retail therapy. The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable stay with modern amenities. Public transportation is nearby, so getting around Sydney is hassle-free. One small note: the sofa bed could use an upgrade—the mattress has started to sag slightly, which affected sleep quality a bit. That said, this is a minor issue in an otherwise outstanding property. With its great location, clean rooms, and attentive service, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chatswood. A solid choice for comfort and convenience!

The Rydges North Sydney recently underwent a refreshing renovation, and it truly shows—the design is modern and stylish throughout, with a comfortable vibe that makes the stay enjoyable. The rooms are well-appointed, and the bedding feels luxurious. That said, there are a few minor drawbacks: the air conditioning unit produces noticeable noise when running, and sound insulation isn’t ideal—especially during nighttime, when construction or traffic near the area can be heard occasionally. Still, the hotel’s location is excellent; it’s just a short walk to the train station, making downtown Sydney easy to reach. With plenty of dining options and convenience stores nearby, it’s a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, the pros definitely outweigh the cons, and I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient, well-designed base in North Sydney.

Staying at Hotel Urban St Leonards was an absolute delight from start to finish. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient—check-in was smooth and quick, with no waiting around. The room itself was spotless, beautifully clean, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept like a baby. What really stood out was the attentive service: staff were always ready to help, even carrying my luggage upstairs without being asked. They also welcomed me with fresh fruit—a thoughtful little touch that made the stay feel extra special. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to public transport, making it easy to explore Sydney. It’s rare to find such a well-run hotel with such genuine hospitality. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Staying at Mantra Chatswood was a fantastic experience. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with everything in perfect condition—from the bedding to the bathroom fixtures. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. Located just minutes from public transit, getting into central Sydney is quick and easy. There are plenty of dining options and local attractions nearby, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel—it’s a great value and truly delivers on comfort and convenience.

I can't possibly rate Wyndel Apartments and Suzanne highly enough. We came to Sydney for my husband’s major surgery, and it was an incredibly stressful time. Suzanne from Wyndel Apartments went above and beyond to support us—she helped with our accommodation arrangements and made every step of the process so much smoother. Her kindness, responsiveness, and attention to detail truly made a difference during a difficult period. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable place to stay in the St Leonard’s area. It’s not just about the location or the space—it’s the personal touch that makes all the difference.

The hotel is incredibly convenient to reach by train—just a short walk from the station, making access effortless. The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality: they happily accommodated an early check-in and even stored my luggage after checkout, which was a huge help for my travel schedule. The room itself is thoughtfully furnished with modern touches and includes a small kitchenette, perfect for preparing light meals or snacks. It’s rare to find such comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service in one place. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney.

Staying at Twin Towers Inn was an absolute delight. The ambiance is incredibly comfortable and peaceful, making it a perfect retreat after a long day exploring Sydney. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly—always ready to answer questions or offer local tips. One of the biggest highlights? Free parking, which made our trip stress-free, especially since we arrived by car. The location is also fantastic—just a short walk to public transit and within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, and the overall experience was flawless. I’d highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Sydney—it’s truly worth every penny.

Staying at Quest Chatswood was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station, so you’re never stuck waiting long, and despite being close to transit, the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful. The 50-square-meter room is spacious and well-designed, with a fully equipped kitchenette including utensils and cleaning supplies—ideal for self-catering. I loved having the option to cook meals in my room, which made things convenient and cost-effective. The living area features a large, comfy sofa that’s perfect for lounging or relaxing after a long day. Everything about the property feels brand new—clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The hygiene standards are excellent, and the surroundings are quiet, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Plus, it’s just steps away from Westfield shopping centre, parking facilities, and a great variety of dining options—including several Chinese restaurants and sweet treat spots. Staff are friendly and available from 7 AM onward, always ready to help. Overall, this place offers incredible value and comfort. I’d definitely come back.

We stayed at Aan Apartments North Sydney while visiting our daughter in Sydney. The apartment looked decent at first glance, but we couldn’t fall asleep due to constant noise from the air conditioning units on nearby office buildings right outside our window. After two nights of terrible sleep, we reached out to the property team and were moved to another unit—slightly quieter, yes, but noticeably older and much smaller. We requested a refund for the inconvenience, but that wasn’t possible. When we asked if there was any alternative available for the following week or if we could look elsewhere, we were told no further rooms were available, and switching locations would mean no refund either. As a gesture, they offered a bottle of wine, which we politely declined. Overall, this experience left us deeply disappointed. One visit is enough—we won’t be returning to Astra.

Linwood Lodge Motel is a fantastic budget-friendly option in Sydney, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable yet affordable stay. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful—always ready to offer local tips or assist with any needs. The location is excellent: just a short walk from RNSH and surrounded by peaceful walking trails that make for a relaxing morning or evening stroll. Despite being next to a busy highway, our room was surprisingly quiet, which was a pleasant surprise. We had a lovely leafy view from the window, adding to the calm, home-like atmosphere. The room itself had everything we needed—clean, well-maintained, and professionally serviced daily. The bed was a bit firmer than I prefer, and some of the fixtures feel slightly dated, but honestly, that’s expected at this price point. For the value you get, it’s hard to beat. If you're visiting Sydney on a budget and want a quiet, welcoming place to rest, Linwood Lodge is a great choice.
