The hotel is run entirely by a family, but two members of the family are linked to a Mexican cartel. During my stay, I was physically assaulted and robbed, and my room was also ransacked. The level of safety concerns is extremely alarming. I strongly advise against staying here—this place is not safe and should be avoided at all costs.

I've stayed here multiple times, and every time I book through the platform, the price upon arrival is higher than what was quoted—extra fees pop up for taxes, currency conversion, or other charges. The hotel is right next to a fish market, so the smell of seafood lingers all day long, which is really unpleasant. No one warned us about ongoing construction work, so loud noises from early Friday and Saturday mornings ruined our rest. There's now a taqueria right at the entrance, blocking the access path, and if you rent a car, parking space becomes nearly impossible to find. The room itself is nice in layout, but the staff is unprofessional and barely attentive—everything feels worn out or poorly maintained. Overall, it’s not worth the price, especially considering the lack of basic service quality.
