The hotel’s location is excellent for shopping—just a short walk to some great retail spots, making it super convenient for those who love browsing. However, there isn’t much else nearby beyond the shopping area. The property itself feels a bit worn down and could definitely benefit from a renovation—it shows signs of age in both the interior and exterior. That said, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s not a luxury experience, but for a straightforward stay with good access to shopping, it’s a solid choice, especially if you’re looking for value over flashiness.

My stay at Rockland Hotel, C.R Park was absolutely excellent! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short metro ride to the city center, and everything I needed was within walking distance. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a really cozy bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They even assisted me with arranging transportation, which was a nice touch. For the price, the value is outstanding. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel delivers on every level. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Our stay at Alpina Hotels & Suites was absolutely delightful. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was exceptional—homemade flavors, fresh ingredients, and a wide variety of options that felt genuinely thoughtful. The staff went above and beyond with their kindness and attention to detail, treating us like family. From check-in to checkout, every interaction was warm and professional. The location is convenient, close to key attractions yet tucked away in a peaceful area. This place truly stands out as one of the best experiences I’ve had recently. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Delhi.

My stay at The Orion - Greater Kailash was absolutely outstanding, and the service truly exceeded expectations. I especially want to highlight Mohammed Shakir—his professionalism, friendly demeanor, and clear communication made a huge difference throughout my visit. From check-in to local recommendations, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring New Delhi, with easy access to metro lines and a wide range of dining options nearby. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day. Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had in India, and I’ll definitely be returning.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything felt seamless and welcoming. The location is perfect—just a short walk from metro stations and surrounded by great restaurants and local shops. My room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, which was a lifesaver during the hot weather. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help—especially when I needed a ride to the airport, they arranged it without hesitation. It's rare to find such a high level of service combined with excellent value. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know.

My best stay in New Delhi so far—excellent value for the price! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by great dining options and shopping. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable with a cozy bed and excellent air quality. Noise levels were minimal, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. I was truly impressed by how much you get for the rate—this place feels like a premium hotel without the premium price tag. Definitely coming back if I ever visit New Delhi again.

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We confirmed our arrival the day before, yet check-in was delayed despite the prior communication. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the room—when I asked about it, the front desk staff suggested we could get some in a bucket. When I pointed out that basic hot water is a fundamental expectation in any hotel, she replied that 'no one asks for it in summer.' That’s not acceptable. We booked a 'premium' room with complimentary breakfast included—yet there was no breakfast at all. Instead, we were told to choose between pasta or aloo paratha. Opting for the fresh paratha, we were served half-cooked ones with a bowl of curd. When I asked if at least a pickle could be added, the staff brought out a single sachet, tore it open, and squeezed the contents directly onto my plate. This is supposed to be premium service? The next morning they offered poori and poha, but served in broken plastic bowls. How can a so-called premium hotel serve food in damaged utensils? The property is also completely inaccessible for wheelchair users—reaching the rooms requires navigating multiple levels via elevator from the reception, which makes it extremely difficult for elderly guests or those with mobility challenges. Even more shocking was the staff’s attitude when we requested two separate beds upon booking. Instead of simply confirming availability, they asked, 'You’re both ladies, why do you need separate beds?' That comment was deeply disrespectful and completely inappropriate. The TV had no signal, and nearly every amenity in the room was either broken or non-functional—including power outlets, toilet paper holders, shower doors, and bathroom exhaust fans. Calling this a premium hotel is misleading at best. This entire stay felt like a complete failure in hospitality. I won’t be returning, and I’d strongly advise others to avoid this property.

Staying at The Solace was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located in New Delhi, making it easy to explore the city with public transport just a short walk away. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed—clean, quiet, and comfortable. What truly sets this place apart is the staff: incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist without hesitation. Whether it was arranging transportation or helping with local recommendations, they went above and beyond. The food was delicious and fresh, especially the breakfast spread. Service was prompt and professional throughout our stay. Every detail felt cared for, making it a truly memorable stay. I’d highly recommend The Solace to anyone visiting New Delhi—it’s not just a hotel, it’s a home away from home.

The location isn’t great—pretty quiet and a bit far from the main attractions. The staff seemed disinterested and didn’t seem to care much about guest needs. Most of them didn’t speak English, which made communication difficult. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations. While the room was clean, the lack of helpful service and language support really dragged down the stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless it’s heavily discounted.

Evergreen Suites is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Delhi. Located in a peaceful area, it's just a short ride from key spots like Defence Colony Market, New Delhi Railway Station, and Connaught Place—perfect for exploring the city without hassle. I've stayed here three times now, and every visit has been spotless and welcoming. The room was always clean and cozy, with thoughtful touches that made me feel at home. The family-style breakfast was a highlight—fresh, delicious, and filling. The manager went above and beyond to help arrange taxis, which was incredibly helpful during my busy schedule. It’s clear this place values guest experience, and I’ll definitely be returning on future trips. If you’re visiting Delhi, don’t miss this gem—it’s reliable, well-located, and truly worth recommending.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Nizamuddin Railway Station, making it easy to access by metro or local transport. However, the overall condition is disappointing. The lobby feels outdated and dimly lit, and the room furnishings are worn and dated. The air conditioning unit is extremely noisy, running constantly through the night and disrupting sleep. The mattress is uncomfortable with noticeable springs that creak with every movement. Staff responses are slow and lack initiative when assistance is needed. Water pressure in the bathroom is low, and hot water supply is inconsistent—often requiring long waits for a proper shower. While the location is a plus, the poor quality of amenities and service significantly reduces value for money. This is only suitable for a quick overnight stay if you're on a tight budget. I wouldn't recommend it for families or travelers seeking comfort and reliability.

My stay at Hotel Amby Inn was absolutely outstanding—truly one of the best experiences I've ever had. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a clean, well-maintained room that felt both cozy and modern. Located just minutes from major attractions and public transport, getting around New Delhi was effortless. What truly stood out was the food—delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, especially the local dishes on the menu. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every need was met, and their attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest. I found the hotel through a travel app, and the booking process was smooth and transparent. From start to finish, everything was seamless. If you're looking for comfort, great service, and an authentic taste of Delhi without breaking the bank, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!
