Breakfast options are more limited here compared to Hilton’s elegant dining setup, but still satisfying for a quick start to the day. What really stands out is the location: City Walk is literally steps away, safe and walkable, perfect for last-minute shopping or grabbing snacks. There are two nearby cinemas, showing nearly identical movie selections, but the seats are amazing—super soft with great reclining comfort. I always end my India trips in Saket for shopping and relaxation, and after this stay, I’ll definitely be booking here every single time. Highly recommend!

The lobby feels outdated and dimly lit, and the room furnishings are worn and dated. The air conditioning unit is extremely noisy, running constantly through the night and disrupting sleep. The mattress is uncomfortable with noticeable springs that creak with every movement. Staff responses are slow and lack initiative when assistance is needed. Water pressure in the bathroom is low, and hot water supply is inconsistent—often requiring long waits for a proper shower. While the location is a plus, the poor quality of amenities and service significantly reduces value for money. This is only suitable for a quick overnight stay if you're on a tight budget. This property shouldn't be listed at all if the information is misleading. It's clear the photos don't reflect reality, and guests deserve better transparency. Please reconsider how properties are displayed to avoid false expectations.
