We stayed at F37 Home@F37 Kailash Colony Metro for one night upon arrival in Delhi and two nights before heading back to France, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The room was quiet, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped—especially the kettle, which made brewing tea or coffee a breeze. The bathroom and toilet setup was practical and efficient, offering a great balance of space and functionality. Dining was a highlight: the restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes, and room service is available for dinner if you’d prefer to stay in. Breakfast was especially impressive—a generous buffet with delicious options that set us up perfectly for the day. The staff stood out too—they were attentive, professional, and always ready to help, making our stay feel personal and welcoming. Without hesitation, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Delhi.

My stay at Hotel Atithi was disappointing overall. The hotel's exterior and interior showed signs of poor maintenance—some areas looked worn out, with visible damage and lack of upkeep. While the room had basic amenities, cleanliness and hygiene were below expectations, making the experience uncomfortable. I didn’t even feel like taking a photo to remember the place because the atmosphere wasn’t appealing at all. It’s clear the hotel needs better management and regular renovations. Without improvements in both service and presentation, it’ll be hard to attract repeat guests or positive reviews.
Hotel White Palace ( Near to Nizamuddin Railway Station )
The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Nizamuddin Railway Station, making it easy to access by metro or local transport. However, the overall condition is disappointing. The lobby feels outdated and dimly lit, and the room furnishings are worn and dated. The air conditioning unit is extremely noisy, running constantly through the night and disrupting sleep. The mattress is uncomfortable with noticeable springs that creak with every movement. Staff responses are slow and lack initiative when assistance is needed. Water pressure in the bathroom is low, and hot water supply is inconsistent—often requiring long waits for a proper shower. While the location is a plus, the poor quality of amenities and service significantly reduces value for money. This is only suitable for a quick overnight stay if you're on a tight budget. I wouldn't recommend it for families or travelers seeking comfort and reliability.

My stay was extremely disappointing. The actual rooms looked nothing like the photos on the website—dusty, outdated, and poorly maintained. There was no hot water in the bathroom, faucets were leaking, towels were stained and dirty, and there was no working TV. The lack of basic upkeep made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. This property shouldn't be listed at all if the information is misleading. It's clear the photos don't reflect reality, and guests deserve better transparency. Please reconsider how properties are displayed to avoid false expectations.
