Staying five nights in the Taj Club category at Taj Mahal, New Delhi was an absolute delight from start to finish. The staff’s attentiveness truly made all the difference—every interaction felt personal and thoughtful, making me feel completely at ease throughout my trip. The upgraded room was spacious and beautifully designed. It featured a walk-in closet, and the bathroom was a standout: a freestanding bathtub with a dedicated wash area, large windows offering great views, and a split layout with a double vanity on one side and a separate private toilet on the other. This thoughtful design maximized both comfort and privacy. Breakfast options were exceptional. I enjoyed the extensive buffet and à la carte selections on the lobby level, but the quiet, refined dining experience on the 8th floor club lounge was equally impressive—perfect for a relaxed morning meal. On-site amenities are top-notch: the pool area has changing rooms and showers, while the basement houses a well-equipped gym and a spa with a sauna. These facilities added great value to the stay. Water pressure in the bathroom is low, and hot water supply is inconsistent—often requiring long waits for a proper shower. There was no hot water in the bathroom, faucets were leaking, towels were stained and dirty, and there was no working TV. The lack of basic upkeep made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. This property shouldn't be listed at all if the information is misleading. It's clear the photos don't reflect reality, and guests deserve better transparency. Please reconsider how properties are displayed to avoid false expectations.
