They rushed housekeeping to clean the room, and we were checked in within just five minutes! That kind of hospitality really sets the tone for the stay. The toiletries are from Diptyque—same quality as those found in Mandarin Oriental, which is a real treat. Breakfast was excellent for a Central European hotel—plenty of fresh options, great pastries, and local flavors that stood out. The spa area is fantastic: relaxing baths and soothing treatments made it easy to unwind after a long journey. The fitness center is basic, which is the only minor downside, but overall, the experience was exceptional. This place delivers on luxury, comfort, and service. A must-stay if you're visiting Budapest.
