The room itself is spacious and incredibly comfortable, with a bed and pillows that made for an excellent night's sleep. Even during the scorching summer heat, the staff kindly brought ice to my room and provided two free chilled bottled waters—such a thoughtful touch. The front desk concierge spoke flawless English, clearly and patiently, making communication easy even with my limited vocabulary. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to the airport bus stop, with subway and bus stops all nearby, so getting around Budapest is super convenient. Plus, it’s much quieter than other hotels with fewer Japanese or Asian guests, giving a more serene atmosphere. This place truly stands out—it’s not just luxury, it’s thoughtfulness at its best. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The fitness center is basic, which is the only minor downside, but overall, the experience was exceptional. This place delivers on luxury, comfort, and service. That said, check-in took longer than expected, and I was repeatedly interrupted by knocks on the door during the process, which was a bit frustrating. While the service didn’t stand out as exceptional, it wasn’t poor either. The location is excellent—just a short walk or a quick metro ride from the city center, making it super convenient. Overall, despite minor hiccups, the experience was memorable and worth every penny. Definitely planning to return.

It’s rare to find such a peaceful atmosphere in Budapest’s city center. Overall, this stay offered incredible value and unforgettable moments.
