One minor note: the headboard is positioned right at the edge of the bed, so I felt a bit chilly during the night. That said, it didn’t detract from my enjoyment. There’s a 24-hour convenience store nearby, and attractions like the Breadman Museum and Sekai no Anshin Douten are all within a 10-minute walk. A bus stop right on the main road makes getting to Tenjin or other areas easy—take Bus 113 to reach Ropponmatsu Station and Fukuoka Science Museum without hassle. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast options included both Western and Japanese-style meals, though the food was average in taste and slightly salty. However, beverages like coffee, milk, and tea bags were available for unlimited self-service, which was a nice touch. On the downside, the first-floor laundry facilities are limited: only two washing machines, one dryer, one ice machine, and a microwave. The drying performance was poor—I had to run it three times before clothes were fully dry. Equipment looked a bit dated, but considering the excellent location, strong transport links, and friendly service, this remains a highly practical and well-priced choice for travelers visiting Hakata.

The bathroom was also generously sized, though the sliding door made quite a bit of noise when closing. Despite that small annoyance, the location, comfort, and value for money really stood out.
