There are only three washing machines, and they double as dryers, so during peak times you might need to wait a bit—just plan ahead if possible. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. Coming back from Hakata by taxi cost around 1,000 JPY, which felt very reasonable. The hotel’s location is also great for public transport—easy access to the subway. Plus, the lobby offers free coffee and instant black-and-white photo printing, which the kids absolutely loved. It’s rare to find such thoughtful touches that make a stay feel more personal and enjoyable. Overall, this place delivers exceptional value and comfort—definitely a top pick for families and travelers alike.

While the hotel isn’t right in the heart of Tenjin, it’s just a short walk from the Kōshu Line subway station, which connects directly to key areas like Nakasu, Tenjin, and Ohori Park—making transit super easy.
