Stayed at Hotel Panuco in July 2025 and was instantly impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The location is ideal—just a short walk from downtown Mexico City and the Zócalo, making it super convenient for exploring the heart of the city. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel at home, attentive and genuinely caring. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out. I felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout my stay. This experience exceeded all expectations. If I ever return to Mexico City, Hotel Panuco will be my first choice without hesitation.

The young staff member who greeted me upon arrival was a bit cold and lacked basic polite phrases like 'Good morning,' 'Thank you,' or 'Please.' However, I did appreciate the respectful and courteous attitude of an older gentleman working there—his demeanor made a positive impression. The overall stay was excellent: the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient, and the hotel offers great value for money. One small suggestion: improving door security—maybe adding stronger locks or better access control—would enhance guest safety even further. All in all, a very satisfying experience, and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The neighborhood surrounding the hotel isn't the most appealing, but its proximity to the airport makes it a major plus—just a 30-minute ride from the terminal. The breakfast was surprisingly excellent, with a wide variety of options and great quality that kept us energized throughout the day. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. While the area outside might not be the most scenic, the overall experience was outstanding. For convenience, comfort, and value, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again on my next visit to Mexico City.

Location-wise, it's super convenient with easy access to public transit and nearby attractions. The only small suggestion would be to implement an automated gate system at the parking entrance, or provide guests with a key fob that automatically opens the gate when approaching. This would save staff from having to manually open and close the gate repeatedly, improving both efficiency and convenience. Everything else was perfect—this hotel truly delivers on comfort, hospitality, and value. I’d definitely recommend it and plan to return soon.
