On Saturday morning, I asked if they could help me find a doctor—most websites were in Spanish, which made things tough. Without hesitation, the staff went online, called multiple clinics, and finally managed to connect me with a private eye clinic (similar to an 'Eye Hospital' in Hong Kong). They helped me get seen promptly and resolved the issue. Their kindness and dedication made a huge difference during a stressful moment. This place isn’t just about location or rooms—it’s about genuine care. Highly recommend for any traveler visiting Santiago, especially those who value helpful service and a welcoming vibe.

If you're looking for a cozy, no-frills stay with great value and warm hospitality, this place is definitely worth considering.

The bedding was dirty, with visible food crumbs, making it hard to feel comfortable. The bathroom had a window facing an interior hallway, offering no privacy, and the shower had serious issues—water pressure was inconsistent and the temperature fluctuated wildly. The owner or manager was very unfriendly and unhelpful throughout our visit. Overall, the experience was poor, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s not worth the price, and definitely not worth the hassle.
