One thing to note: there’s no air conditioning in the rooms, but it didn’t affect our comfort at all. If you prefer sleeping with the window open, ask for a room facing the back side of the building, as the front-facing ones can be noisy due to street traffic. Cologne is a big city with over a million residents, so things are lively even on Sundays! Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.
