Staying at Baia da Luz Resort was an absolute highlight of my trip to Lagos. The property is incredibly peaceful, spotlessly clean, and the garden is beautifully maintained—serene and lush. My spacious apartment was a perfect retreat, with the air conditioning already on when I arrived, which was a lifesaver on a scorching hot day. Upon check-in, I was greeted with coffee capsules, bottled water, and even a liter of milk—such thoughtful touches that made the experience feel personal and welcoming. The staff were genuinely friendly and always available whenever I needed help. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out. If I ever return to this area, there’s no doubt in my mind—I’ll be booking here again. A truly exceptional stay.

This resort is absolutely stunning! Our 1270 sq ft apartment with garage was spacious, well-designed, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The housekeeping team went above and beyond with their professionalism and attention to detail; every time we entered the room, it felt fresh and spotless. Everything you could need is available on-site—no missing essentials, no hassle. The only small note: the pool water could be a bit warmer, especially in the evenings. But that’s just a tiny detail in an otherwise flawless experience. From the serene beachfront location to the welcoming staff and top-notch amenities, this place delivers exceptional value. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-run retreat in Lagos.

The stay at Estrela da Luz Resort was absolutely incredible! The staff went above and beyond—on our last morning, we realized we’d left something behind in the room while heading to breakfast. To our surprise, they actually came to find us right at the dining area and returned it personally. That kind of attention to detail is rare and truly appreciated. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely calm vibe. The location is perfect—just steps away from everything we wanted to explore. The gardens are breathtaking, lush and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a peaceful retreat. From start to finish, every single aspect was outstanding. 10/10—definitely coming back again!

Tivoli Lagos is a true gem nestled in the heart of Lagos, Portugal. The property boasts a spacious, lush garden that instantly makes you feel at peace—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The room was generously sized with a private terrace overlooking the greenery, making morning coffee or an evening drink truly special. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, offering great value for money. If driving, the free on-site parking is a big plus, though underground parking costs €8 per day—a small downside. My only concerns were the somewhat reserved front desk staff, who lacked warmth in their service, and the fact that accessing the room requires navigating several steps from the lobby—something that could be challenging with heavy luggage. Overall, the hotel shines in its architecture, ambiance, and natural setting, but there’s room to improve guest experience through more attentive service and better accessibility.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience feel warm and personal. It's just about 2 km to the historic center of Lagos, easily reachable on foot or by public transit. Best of all, it’s a short walk from a stunning sandy beach right by the sea, where you can take long, peaceful strolls along the shoreline. Whether you're looking to unwind, soak up the sun, or enjoy a quiet getaway, this place truly delivers. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Lagos!

The Salty Lodge

Our four-day stay at The Salty Lodge during the peak of summer was absolutely perfect. Located just steps away from the bustling old town, the area remains surprisingly safe and quiet—ideal for a relaxing getaway. The apartment-style rooms were spacious enough for our family of four, with a private veranda overlooking street life, shops, and local restaurants. The shower delivered strong water pressure, hot water was never an issue, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the rooftop on the fifth floor—unforgettable views, especially at sunrise. Don’t miss it! Daily housekeeping and the nightly turn-down service made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel provides everything you need for a beach day: towels, blankets, umbrellas, beach toys, and even bikes to borrow. There’s also a filtered water refill station—a small but thoughtful touch. Joanna at the front desk was consistently kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Lagos. So glad we chose The Salty Lodge!
