The room was spotless and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We arrived four hours before check-in and dropped off our luggage while running errands—no problem at all. To our surprise, they even allowed us to check in an hour early, which made our day much smoother. Their hospitality was genuinely warm and accommodating. Plus, being just steps away from Super Metro on Baclay Drive makes grocery shopping or grabbing essentials super convenient. The location is ideal for exploring Cebu, and with such a welcoming team, this place feels like a home away from home.

I’m seriously disappointed and feel misled. If I don’t get my refund, I’ll involve my lawyer—this isn’t acceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this place, not because it’s hard to find, but because no one in Cebu seems to know where it actually is. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
