Staying at this rental was a really pleasant experience. The unit was well-equipped with all the essentials—furniture, household supplies, and daily consumables were thoughtfully provided, so we didn’t need to bring much from home. The interior design had a nice touch of style, making the space feel cozy and inviting. While the building isn’t brand new, its location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around Osaka super convenient. For the price, it’s definitely a great value. Communication before check-in was prompt and helpful, which added to the overall sense of comfort and trust. Overall, a solid choice for a relaxed and hassle-free stay in Osaka. I’d definitely consider returning and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, low-stress vacation spot.

My stay at this property was disappointing overall. The bathroom shower curtain was heavily stained with water marks, making it look unhygienic. The knives and scissors felt dirty—so much so that I didn’t dare use them. The balcony was also in poor condition, littered with cigarette butts and clearly not cleaned. The worst part? The fridge had a terrible odor, like something had been left in there for days—so strong that when I put in some strawberries, they came out smelling awful and I couldn’t even eat them. It’s not just the smell; it’s the lack of basic maintenance. The only redeeming feature was the tatami mat room, which added a bit of charm. Unfortunately, the cleanliness issues and overall upkeep make this a hard recommendation. Not worth the price, and definitely not something I’d book again.

The Hotel Claiton Shin-Osaka is an excellent choice for travelers looking for convenience and cleanliness. Located just a 5-minute walk from the M14 station on the red line, it's super easy to find—exit through Gate 2, pass the convenience store, and keep going straight. Don’t forget to return your key at check-out; you’ll need to pick it up again when you return. Basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste are freely available in a basket at the lobby—simple and thoughtful. While the hotel isn’t large, every corner feels clean and well-maintained. The towels are soft and fluffy, and the air conditioning works powerfully, which is perfect during Osaka’s humid summer months. The only minor issue I noticed was a faint dripping sound in the bathroom of room 703, but it didn’t affect my stay. Overall, this is a great value option with a fantastic location, and I’d definitely stay here again on future visits to Osaka.

The metro to Universal Studios is just a short ride away, making it super easy to get there without any transfers. The hostel room is spotless and well-maintained—so clean and cozy! The location is absolutely unbeatable, just a short walk from Shinsaibashi shopping street, making it super easy to explore local boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife. This was my second stay at Roots Hostel during my Japan trip, and I can confidently say it’s become one of my favorite places to stay in Osaka. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming—always ready to help with tips or recommendations. I especially loved the little bar inside the hostel, which stays open until 11 PM every night. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of sightseeing with a drink and some tasty snacks. The vibe is relaxed, authentic, and full of good energy. If you're looking for a comfortable, social, and convenient base in Osaka, this place is a must-visit.

Staying at Nakamichi Ikanikan was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Osaka Castle Park and within easy reach of train stations and local grocery stores. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Even though there’s a parking fee, it’s worth it for the convenience and security. The location was my top priority when choosing a place to stay, and Hotel Sunlife absolutely delivered. Just a 2-3 minute walk from Awaza Station, it made moving around with luggage super easy—especially helpful for a short trip where every minute counts. Getting to major spots like Namba or Shinsaibashi was just one or two subway stops away, making my itinerary smooth and stress-free. The room itself is compact, as expected from a Japanese business-style hotel, but perfect for solo travelers. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom towels were fresh and soft, and everything you’d need—shampoo, toothbrush, slippers, electric kettle, even green tea packets—was already provided. No need to pack extra items. I especially appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere; no noise or disturbances, which made for a relaxing stay. For its convenience, comfort, and value, this hotel is an excellent choice.
Stayat Osaka Shinsaibashi East
I was a bit nervous about check-in since I'd heard it could be tricky, but actually it was super smooth—just made sure to confirm the pre-arrival email and complete registration ahead of time. The room was spacious for a Japanese hotel, with excellent condition and clean, modern design. Location is fantastic: right next to a 7-Eleven and a Lawson convenience store, plus a highly recommended local kushikatsu spot just a short walk away—crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Everything about this stay felt thoughtfully done. Great value, friendly staff, and such a convenient base for exploring Shinsaibashi. Would definitely book again.

It's an excellent choice for travelers who value location, cleanliness, and comfort—all at a great price.

A wonderful stay for our family of four. The apartment was cozy and well-maintained, with an excellent location just a short walk from the subway station and a vibrant mix of restaurants and local spots. We arrived from Shin-Osaka Station after taking the Shinkansen from Kyoto—passing through some great shopping and dining areas along the way. Our main reason for staying here was to visit Universal Studios, and Temma Station is only about a 12-minute walk away (with two kids aged 9 and 7), making it very manageable. On the return trip at night, we did pass by a few late-night entertainment zones with lively street scenes—something to keep in mind if you're traveling with young children, though our kids didn’t notice or seem bothered. Nearby, there’s a fantastic outdoor playground right next to Kids Plaza that the kids absolutely loved. They got discounted entry after 2 PM, and since it closes at 5 PM, we had plenty of time to enjoy it. Plus, Osaka Castle is just a quick stroll away—perfect for a day trip. Overall, this place offers great value, convenience, and a homey feel. Highly recommend for families!

Staying at Locanda Shin-Osaka was an absolutely fantastic experience!
