The location is fantastic: close to downtown and easily accessible via public transit, making it simple to explore nearby attractions. The staff were warm and helpful, and the whole check-in process was smooth. With such a peaceful vibe, excellent cleanliness, and unbeatable value, this place truly stands out. I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Los Angeles!

The front desk staff were incredibly professional and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the coffee maker at the desk along with complimentary travel mugs—such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast was simple but satisfying, offering fresh juice, coffee, eggs, bacon, and fruit—all the essentials to start the day right. Great value for money and highly recommend this property for both business and leisure travelers.

The front desk staff member was friendly, welcoming, and definitely one of the best-looking guys I’ve seen at a hostel. One small note: the entrance is tucked away behind a garden facing the street, so it’s easy to miss if you’re not paying attention—but the platform sent me a follow-up email with clear directions, which helped a lot. Overall, this place delivers great value, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommend for solo travelers or budget-conscious explorers looking to be right in the middle of the action.

Staying at Fenix Hotel Hollywood was a solid experience overall. While most hotels in the U.S. don’t provide slippers—so I regretted not bringing my own—the real highlight here is having a washer and dryer right in the room. That’s a game-changer when traveling, especially for longer stays or if you need to freshen up your clothes. The location is excellent—just about 200 meters from the Walk of Fame, making it super easy to explore nearby attractions on foot or by public transit. However, I should mention that the area isn’t very safe at night, so we kept both front and back doors locked throughout our stay. It’s not ideal for late-night strolls, but the convenience and central spot make up for it. If you value practicality, good access, and a comfortable base in Hollywood, this hotel is definitely worth considering.
