The only hiccup was that they accidentally forgot to give us the breakfast voucher, so when we went down the next morning, there was a bit of confusion—but the team handled it calmly and quickly sorted it out. Breakfast itself was great: hot options like eggs, sausages, and fresh pastries, all served in a bright, clean dining area with a lovely view. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a fantastic window overlooking the falls. Overall, the service was warm, the location unbeatable, and the value absolutely worth it. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want convenience and a memorable stay.

Location-wise, it’s ideal—just minutes from Niagara Hospital, the casino, and the falls. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this place offers great value and convenience.
