The rooms embrace a minimalist Japanese aesthetic: clean lines, clever layout, and impeccable maintenance—no signs of wear at all. What really impressed me was the little touches in the bathroom: a lip balm and compact mirror tucked into the toiletry kit, which shows an understanding of guests’ needs that even some luxury brands overlook. Staff are warm and attentive, though a few small improvements could elevate the experience further—offering a drink while waiting to check in would be a nice gesture, and unsealing the slippers during turndown service instead of just placing them on the floor would add a more refined touch. Overall, the stay was deeply relaxing and memorable. It’s one of those places where every detail feels intentional. Definitely worth returning to.

Plus, it's super close to the MTR, making getting around the city effortless. The room itself is comfortable and well-designed, with a cozy bed and good space. That said, since it's an older property, some of the carpet and fixtures show signs of wear, but nothing that affects the overall experience. What really stands out is the rooftop bar—the views over Victoria Harbour are absolutely stunning, especially at night. It’s a perfect spot for a drink after a long day. Definitely worth returning for the ambiance and convenience.
