We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Happy Place Bed and Breakfast! From the moment we walked in, everything felt thoughtfully curated. The bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night’s sleep. The plush towels and high-quality bath amenities (shampoos, conditioners, lotions, oils) were a nice touch. We especially loved the themed rooms, with fun details inspired by Thor and Nigel that added character and charm. It felt like staying in a cozy, personal retreat rather than just another hotel. The location is great—close to public transit and downtown attractions, making it super easy to explore New Orleans. Every little detail showed care and attention. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

New Orleans is a city full of charm, dating back to 1718, where every corner feels alive with history and culture. While Bourbon Street can get crowded and overwhelming, I’d recommend exploring the parallel streets—quieter, more relaxed, and just as authentic. If you're into live music, Frenchmen Street is the place to be, especially in the evening when the energy really comes alive. The food here is bold and flavorful—my favorite was the crispy fried fish served with rice and beans, spicy and satisfying. The hotel’s location is perfect: close enough to everything but far enough from the noise. Easy access by public transit, clean rooms, and a welcoming vibe made my stay unforgettable. Definitely coming back.

Staying at The Higgins Hotel was a fantastic experience, especially given its prime location in the heart of downtown New Orleans. Right next to the WWII National Museum, it's incredibly convenient for history lovers and travelers who want to explore the city’s cultural landmarks. The surrounding area is packed with great restaurants—some of my favorite meals were just a short walk away. The hotel itself has a classy, timeless vibe, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. One small note: we were only offered two free bottled waters during our stay, which felt a bit minimal considering the premium feel of the property. A little more generosity here would have made the experience even better. Overall, this is a top-tier choice for anyone visiting New Orleans, and I’d definitely return.

Staying at Maison Metier in the Unbound Collection by Hyatt was an absolute delight in one of North America's most charming cities. From the moment we arrived, everything felt magical—the attention to detail in the decor was impeccable, and every corner of the hotel seemed crafted with care. The hidden bar was a real highlight; it’s such a unique spot for photos, and honestly, I didn’t need any filters—just natural beauty. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, with 24-hour service that made our stay so convenient and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for more than joy, comfort, and unforgettable memories. This place truly stands out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans.

Staying at Place d'Armes Hotel was an absolute delight. Located just steps from St. Louis Cathedral in the heart of the French Quarter, every morning began with a peaceful walk through the charming streets of New Orleans. The hotel’s elegant ambiance and beautifully landscaped courtyard offered a perfect retreat after a day exploring the city. I loved relaxing in the garden with a book or a coffee—such a serene escape right in the middle of the bustling quarter. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches throughout, this place truly delivered on every level. If you're visiting New Orleans, don’t miss this gem—it’s a top-tier choice for both location and experience.

Plus, free parking right out front made getting around so much easier. This place truly delivers comfort, convenience, and a personal touch—perfect for travelers who want more than just a room. I’d absolutely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay and would definitely return without hesitation.

Our stay at Royal Street Inn & Bar was absolutely perfect! After a long day of traveling, we were warmly welcomed by the staff at the bar, who instantly made us feel at home and swiftly escorted us to our cozy, uniquely decorated room. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of New Orleans, surrounded by charm and vibrant energy. Every detail, from the decor to the service, felt thoughtfully curated. Staying at French Market Inn was an absolute highlight of my trip to New Orleans. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the French Quarter, steps away from bustling French Market and all the vibrant street life. The quirky charm of the hotel stands out immediately—unique decor, cozy corners, and a welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and local tips, even helping me book a table at a popular nearby restaurant. Staying at Hotel Henrietta was an absolute delight from start to finish. The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable but also impeccably clean—every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to assist with anything we needed. Their friendly demeanor and genuine hospitality truly set the tone for a memorable stay. Located just steps away from major attractions and easily accessible by public transit, it’s the perfect base for exploring New Orleans. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city—and I’d definitely come back if I ever return to New Orleans.

Staying at this property near St. Charles Ave was a real disappointment. The couches and beds were extremely worn out with no proper support—especially the mattress, which had a noticeable dip in the center, making it uncomfortable even for someone my size (30 years old, not overweight). The smoke alarm went off repeatedly throughout the morning, requiring us to wait for staff to fix it—a major inconvenience. We also noticed that parts of the floor were sinking, so we had to watch our step carefully while walking around. The air conditioning didn’t work at all during our entire stay, and despite calling daily, the issue was never resolved. With temperatures outside hitting 109°F, the thermostat was locked at 78°F, making the room unbearable. Ceiling fans were non-functional too, so we ended up using portable box fans just to get some airflow. It’s hard to recommend this place, especially given the price point. Poor maintenance and lack of basic comfort make it a tough sell.

Our stay at Grenoble House was absolutely fantastic. The courtyard is peaceful and serene, offering a quiet retreat just steps away from the lively Bourbon Street. We didn’t use our car once during our entire week-long visit—everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, and when we needed a break, the streetcar made getting around effortless. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. The staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and helpfulness—always smiling and ready to assist. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. This was an amazing trip, and I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We’ll definitely be back.
