The hotel offers a clean, well-maintained environment with friendly staff and decent room quality overall. However, the main issue is the excessive noise—our room faced a busy road where cars honked nonstop throughout the day and night, making it nearly impossible to relax or sleep peacefully. The walls are also very thin, so we could hear every word from the neighboring room, and vice versa—quite disruptive. There’s even a door connecting our room to the next one, which has been sealed off, but that seems to worsen sound transmission instead of helping. The beds were acceptable, though the pillows were too flat and soft—definitely needed more fluffiness. I’d recommend providing two pillows instead of just one. Location-wise, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the Haram, situated on Ibrahim Khalil Road, and there are plenty of food options right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. If they invest in better soundproofing and improve room insulation, I’d definitely consider returning. In’shaa’Allah.

Staying at Saraya Al Deafah Hotel was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was incredibly peaceful and well-appointed, offering a truly restful night's sleep. I especially appreciated the relaxing aromatherapy machine—it really helped me unwind after a long day. Everything ran smoothly with no issues at all. The service was exceptional, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and inviting. This is one of those rare stays where every detail feels thoughtfully considered. Without hesitation, I'd give it 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Medina.

The hotel is beautifully peaceful and offers excellent service, especially the hourly shuttle to the Haram Mosque—super convenient for prayer timing. The location is ideal, just a short walk or quick transfer away from the holy site, making it stress-free to plan your visit. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Makkah.

Staying at Barakat Burhan Hotel was a truly refreshing experience. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. The bedding was comfortable, and the overall ambiance felt serene and welcoming. Located just a short walk from the holy city of Mecca, it's incredibly convenient for pilgrims and travelers alike. Nearby local eateries and shops make daily essentials easily accessible. What stood out most was the excellent value for money—this hotel offers a high level of comfort without the premium price tag. If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and well-located stay in Mecca, this is definitely a top choice.

This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone on an Umrah journey. It’s just a 15-minute walk to the Haram, which makes access incredibly convenient—plus, there’s a shuttle bus available if you’d prefer not to walk. The room itself is clean and well-maintained, featuring a small kitchenette, though it’s not fully stocked—you’ll need to bring your own pan or wok. That said, it’s still very functional for basic meal prep. The bathroom is spacious and spotless, and the bed stands out as far more comfortable than what I’ve experienced in nearby hotels. I booked a two-night stay at a great promotional rate of 168 SAR, which made the whole experience even more worthwhile. Highly recommend this place for its location, comfort, and value.

Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the holy sites, making it incredibly convenient for pilgrims. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the thoughtful touches throughout the property. Service was prompt and genuinely warm. We’ve already planned our return visit—Insha Allah, this will be our home base again during our next journey to Mecca. Highly recommended!

Absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. Every detail was perfect—from the clean, spacious rooms to the excellent service. The food was outstanding—unlimited buffet options with a great variety and delicious flavors. I never felt like I had to limit myself. Free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the stay. What really stood out was the complimentary shuttle service to the Haram (Masjid al-Haram), which took just about 10 minutes and ran every few minutes—super convenient and stress-free. The entire atmosphere was peaceful and well-maintained, making it feel truly special. This is definitely a five-star hotel in every sense. I’m incredibly grateful for such a comfortable and spiritual stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah.

Staying at Askant Golden Hotel was an excellent experience. The hotel is incredibly close to the Haram, making it super convenient for pilgrims and visitors alike—just a short walk from the sacred site. Located right on the main street, it's easy to navigate and access nearby amenities. The property is spotlessly clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything about this hotel felt welcoming and well-maintained. With its prime location and high standards, it’s definitely a top choice if you're visiting Mecca.

I wish I could give a negative rating lower than 2 out of 10. This hotel was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. The staff were unfriendly and condescending, making guests feel unwelcome rather than cared for. There was no room service available at all—something that’s expected even in budget accommodations. The surrounding area was unpleasantly smelly and poorly maintained, giving the whole place a rundown feel. For elderly travelers or those with mobility issues, there were no wheelchairs provided, which is a major concern during a pilgrimage. I’d strongly recommend anyone with a choice to spend a bit extra on a better-rated, more considerate hotel. This one is not worth it—not even close.

I strongly discourage staying at this hotel—it's infested with bed bugs, making the entire experience a nightmare. The cleanliness is extremely poor, and despite being close to the Haram, that’s the only redeeming factor. Rooms are tiny with no closets, and the dining area uses plastic plates and cutlery—very low quality. Overall, it’s a disappointing stay, and I’d give it a rating below zero.

My stay at Maather Al Jewar Hotel was absolutely disappointing. The air conditioning didn't work at all, making the room extremely uncomfortable and almost unbearable during the heat. The room itself was not clean—there were visible signs of neglect, and it felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in days. There was no luggage pickup service offered, so I had to carry my heavy bags myself through the hotel and into the room, which was very inconvenient. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unprofessional—my requests for help were ignored or met with rude attitudes. Customer service was practically nonexistent. Overall, this experience was far below expectations. For such a high-profile location in Mecca, the standard of cleanliness, comfort, and service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be returning.

The Prestige Al-Masaher Hotel is an excellent choice, especially for those visiting Makkah for Umrah or Hajj. The room was comfortable for three people, but it felt a bit cramped with four guests. The on-site restaurant offers a great dining experience—while a meal costs around 35 SAR, the food quality, portion size, and local flavors make it worth every dirham. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the Grand Mosque, and getting there by metro is straightforward. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere make this stay memorable. Highly recommended for travelers looking for comfort and value in a central location.
