I booked the larger room, and it truly delivered—spacious and exactly as shown in the photos with no surprises. The window overlooks a partial wall of the neighboring building, but honestly, that didn’t bother me at all since I wasn’t looking for a sea view—I chose this room specifically for its size and open feel. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered great comfort. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just a few minutes’ walk from the M4 line terminal at Saw Airport, right next to the ferry dock to Kadikoy, and also near the airport bus departure point—perfect for easy travel. During my stay, I interacted with four or five staff members, each one friendly, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist. Whenever I had a question, they responded promptly and provided real support. I don’t understand the negative comments about being unwelcoming to Chinese guests—everyone I met was polite, respectful, and made me feel welcome. This experience was outstanding, and I’d definitely return.
