The hotel itself is brand new, spotlessly clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with excellent bedding and modern amenities. I especially want to thank Starry at the front desk for her thoughtful service—she went out of her way to help with local recommendations and transportation tips, which made my trip so much smoother. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out. If I ever come back to Shanghai, this will be my first choice without hesitation. A truly memorable experience!
