This was my first visit to Jaipur, and from day one, General Manager Mr. Surya took exceptional care of me and my wife. Every single day, a dedicated team was on hand—from airport pickups to attending my best friend's wedding, exploring tourist spots like Amer Fort, and even recommending incredible local meals. Special mention goes to Sam (Ghanshyam), my personal driver, guide, and security—his professionalism and reliability made all the difference during my five-day stay. He felt like a gift from above! The top-floor suite, spanning 68 sqm, was nothing short of stunning. The ensuite bathroom features ample storage for luggage and a built-in wardrobe, while the white marble ceramic tiles were breathtaking—apparently some of the finest in India. The room itself felt warm, inviting, and incredibly home-like. Breakfast and in-room dining were both outstanding, with delicious, thoughtfully prepared dishes. The hotel’s spaciousness, combined with the impeccable service and attention to detail, left us deeply impressed. The staff were united, kind, respectful, and genuinely compassionate. Hotel M Villa
This stay was easily the worst experience I've had in the past decade. The rooms were in terrible condition, and the information provided on the platform didn't match reality at all. Some showers were completely broken, and there was no hot water available—this is unacceptable for any hotel. The rooms themselves were dirty, with stained bedding and poor maintenance overall. I could go on listing issues, but honestly, it's not worth the effort. If you're looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay, avoid this property entirely. The value for money is extremely low, and the service doesn't come close to meeting basic expectations.
