I was assigned to a room on the 15th floor of the newer wing, offering panoramic views of the city skyline that made every moment in the room feel special. The interior design blends classic touches with modern comfort, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. Staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional—always going the extra mile without being intrusive. Facilities are top-notch, and the spa experience was absolutely worth it: relaxing, high-quality treatments in a serene setting. The only minor downside is the parking fee, but considering the overall quality, location, and service, it’s a small trade-off. This place truly delivers a memorable stay—definitely one of the highlights of my trip to KL.
