We celebrated our anniversary at Grand Lisboa Palace Macau this year, after staying at another property last year—truly glad we made the switch! The room was spacious and well-designed, offering a comfortable and luxurious feel. Staff service stood out for being attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful—every interaction felt personal and warm. The value for money was excellent, making the whole stay even more satisfying. Breakfast and dinner were both enjoyed at the hotel’s buffet restaurant, which offered an impressive variety of dishes with fresh, high-quality ingredients. What I loved most was the rotating hot dishes served every 30 minutes—always something new and delicious. One small downside: limited beverage options, especially since the price point was quite high; it would’ve been nice to have complimentary drinks included. Still, that didn’t take away from the overall experience. As part of the anniversary celebration, the hotel and restaurant surprised us with a lovely birthday cake—such a sweet touch! A special thanks to Christina Lu at the front desk, Yan Dandan from the concierge team, and the buffet manager for their exceptional hospitality. This was more than just a stay—it felt like a memorable celebration. Definitely coming back!

Arriving at Hotel Lisboa in Macau felt like stepping into a warm embrace. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, helping me check room availability and even securing an early check-in—so convenient! A friendly doorman kindly carried my luggage straight to the room, making the whole process effortless. The room itself was immaculate—bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed with elegant, vintage-style furniture. Tea and coffee were readily available, adding to the cozy vibe. I was genuinely impressed by the bathroom; it was so spotless, you’d think it had just been cleaned. The hotel’s iconic architecture is truly breathtaking, especially when illuminated at night—timeless beauty that still stands out after decades. It’s no wonder this place remains a true landmark of Macau. If you’re looking for charm, comfort, and unforgettable service, this is the one. Highly recommend!

Palazzo Versace Macau

The service team deserves a perfect score—especially Paul, the bellboy, and Winny from the lobby (I was in a rush catching a taxi, so I didn’t get to catch her name properly). For our anniversary, they arranged a thoughtful surprise: a custom cake, fresh fruit, and a handwritten note. Despite multiple changes to our schedule due to sightseeing, they still delivered everything perfectly on time to our room—truly memorable. The Versace bedding was an absolute revelation; I actually considered taking it home after just one night. The grand lobby is pure opulence—everywhere you look, there’s intricate Baroque detailing, golden embellishments, floral motifs, and signature Versace touches on pillows, decor, even bathrobes. It’s like stepping into a luxury fashion museum. The only minor flaw? The bathtub water pressure could be stronger, but otherwise, the visual experience is unmatched. The hotel bar is legendary—the whole space is infused with Medusa themes, from furniture to tableware. We had brunch with some extra items, and ended up spending over three hours eating, drinking, and snapping photos. There were so many stylish guests around—real-life celebrities! Anyone saying it’s not good probably just doesn’t know what great food tastes like. This was hands down the best meal I’ve had in Macau. And yes, I couldn’t resist picking up several souvenirs and chocolate jars before leaving—bought way more than planned, but totally worth it!

Staying at The Karl Lagerfeld Luxury Hotel in Macau was an absolute delight from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming—especially one young receptionist of mixed Portuguese and Chinese heritage who went above and beyond with his attention to detail and genuine care. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and packed with premium touches: plush bedding, high-end toiletries, and a well-designed bathroom with smart functionality. I also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service, which made getting to the airport and nearby attractions stress-free. Every little thing felt thoughtfully curated. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a destination in itself. I’d absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for style, comfort, and exceptional service in Macau.

Visited JW Marriott Hotel Macau during Christmas, and the place was bustling with locals—check-in did involve a short wait, but staff handled it with patience and warmth. The room was exceptionally spacious, offering a luxurious feel from the moment we stepped in. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent soundproofing—complete silence from neighboring rooms made for a peaceful stay. What stood out most was the attention to detail: upon noticing we had a young child, the front desk kindly set up a kids’ tent 🏕️ and provided complimentary toiletries for the little one. The executive lounge benefits were top-notch—breakfast was simple yet satisfying, and afternoon tea featured an impressive selection of pastries and beverages. Compared to other nearby hotels like Galaxy Macau, this property feels more refined and less crowded, even though it’s quieter than some others. The quality of service, ambiance, and overall experience truly sets it apart. If you're looking for a high-end, family-friendly stay with thoughtful touches and a calm atmosphere, this is absolutely worth every penny.

Galaxy Hotel

My stay at Galaxy Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a comfortable atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff were attentive and responsive to our requests—truly going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. There was a minor hiccup during our visit, but both the hotel and the booking platform handled it promptly and professionally. One small regret: I accidentally left a few personal items behind, and the shipping cost to return them ended up being higher than the value of the items themselves—definitely a lesson learned! Despite that, the overall experience was outstanding. The convenience, service quality, and value for money made this a top-tier choice. I’ll definitely be using this platform again for future stays.

Studio City Hotel

This stay was absolutely fantastic! I was a bit disappointed not getting upgraded to the Eiffel Tower view room, but I was pleasantly surprised with a high-floor room (Room 073) that offered a stunning sunrise view each morning—truly magical. The mini-bar in the room was completely free, which was a nice bonus. On the ground floor, there are plenty of dining options ranging from local favorites to international cuisine—great variety and convenience. Right outside the hotel is a major bus stop with multiple routes, making it super easy to get around Macau. Plus, being just steps away from Parisian-themed City, you can easily walk over to see the iconic Eiffel Tower replica at night—beautiful lighting and atmosphere. Everything about this place felt well thought out, from the service to the location. Highly recommend for both leisure and business travelers. Would definitely return.

MGM Macau

MGM Macau offers an exceptional experience with top-notch amenities and everything you could want right on site—dining, entertainment, and relaxation all in one. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere is luxurious and welcoming. One tip: avoid booking breakfast through the platform—it's significantly more expensive than purchasing it on-site. I ended up saving a lot by buying breakfast directly at the hotel for just 280 MOP. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and the only minor downside is the pricing inconsistency across booking channels. Definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for comfort, convenience, and a premium experience.

We recently visited Macao for our child’s birthday, and staying at The Venetian Macao made it an unforgettable family getaway. Our four-night stay was elevated by a complimentary upgrade to a Grand Royal Suite—what a treat! From the moment we arrived, Kelly from the concierge team welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. She walked us through the entire property, explained the layout of the casino and shopping areas, and even went over all the features in the room with great attention to detail. On our first evening, the hotel surprised us with a beautifully decorated birthday cake for our child—it looked stunning and tasted amazing. The whole experience felt so special and gave our little one real joy. On our last day, a staff member called to check if we were satisfied with our stay and wished us well—such a thoughtful gesture. When checking out, they didn’t just hand back our luggage—they actually pushed our bags all the way to the shuttle bus waiting area, no hassle at all. We were so touched we forgot to ask their name! Overall, the hotel is perfectly located, offering easy access to dining, shopping, entertainment, and transportation. But what truly stood out was the genuine care and personal touch from every team member. It’s not just a luxury stay—it feels like being part of a welcoming family. We’ll definitely be returning here for future trips to Macao. Highly recommend this place for families looking for comfort, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality.

Our first trip with our 7-month-old baby was absolutely perfect, thanks to The Ritz-Carlton, Macau and especially the amazing team—shoutout to Amy at reception for her warmth and attention. From check-in onwards, everything was smooth and thoughtful. They even prepared a special nursery setup in the room just for our little one. We were delighted to find a cozy kids’ tent, a cute lion plush toy, and a little backpack waiting for him. The room also came stocked with baby-safe disinfectants and bed rails—so much care taken for families traveling with infants. Our baby loved playing inside the tent and instantly bonded with his new plush friend. But the real highlight? A personalized baby towel and mini tote bag with his name on it—such a sweet keepsake for his very first journey. It made the whole experience so memorable. This level of service and attention to detail is truly unmatched. If you're traveling with a baby, this hotel is an absolute must-visit.

Staying at Four Seasons Hotel Macao was an absolute delight. The Tower View Room was perfectly positioned, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline and the iconic landmark—especially magical at night when the lights come on. Our kids were thrilled with the complimentary Four Seasons bear, which became their favorite companion throughout the trip. The pool garden is stunning—lush greenery, serene atmosphere, and a beautifully maintained pool with consistent temperature. Even in late December, the water felt refreshing rather than cold, and after swimming, we were treated to a delicious Häagen-Dazs ice cream—such a sweet surprise that delighted both kids and adults. The hotel’s quiet ambiance stands out; it feels like a peaceful retreat away from the bustling streets nearby. Elegant, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed, every detail reflects true hospitality. It’s not just a stay—it’s an experience. I’ll definitely be returning.
