My husband and I stayed at the hotel for one night on March 17th, 2025, and had a very positive experience overall. The check-in process was smooth, and we were greeted by a friendly young male front desk staff member and the current owner, both of whom were attentive and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with enough space for our needs—nothing fancy, but perfectly functional. While there are a few areas of the property that could use some attention, it didn’t take away from our enjoyment. The location is excellent—just a five-minute walk to Grand Place, with plenty of restaurants and cafes along the way, making dining out super convenient. The hotel is currently undergoing a gradual renovation, which explains some minor imperfections, but it’s clear they’re investing in improving the guest experience.
