Staying at Erian Hotel was an absolutely unforgettable experience! The view from the room was breathtaking—towering over the city skyline with stunning panoramic vistas that made every moment feel special. The service truly stood out, especially thanks to the amazing staff members Sheina and Shelly. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From check-in to checkout, their professionalism and warmth made all the difference. The location is convenient, close to everything without being too noisy. I’ve never seen such a high level of hospitality in a hotel setting. If you're visiting Jakarta, this is hands down my top recommendation. I’ll definitely be back!

Location-wise, it's ideally situated near Thamrin’s main attractions and public transport, making everything super accessible. Service is attentive without being intrusive, and the overall atmosphere feels modern, clean, and welcoming. If you're looking for comfort, convenience, and top-tier hospitality in Jakarta, this hotel is a must-try. Would book again in a heartbeat.
