When we got there, all the twin rooms were taken, so we were upgraded to a king-size room. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and even offered a complimentary upgrade to a business king room, which came with an extra two-seater sofa and coffee table—perfect for snacking at night. Dinner was delivered straight to our door by the hotel’s robot delivery service. It was seamless and surprisingly convenient. The included breakfast was simple but satisfying—just enough to start the day right. Everything about this stay was spot-on. If I ever pass through this area again, I’ll definitely be back here.

Clean, modern design with no unpleasant odors, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's rest. 🛏️🌙 Facilities worked perfectly: heating kicked in strong during colder days, hot water was reliable with solid pressure—great shower experience. 🌡️🚿 The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out, which made the whole process smooth. 👩💼✅ And the neighborhood? Super convenient. Plenty of local eateries and convenience stores nearby—no need to go far for dinner or snacks after a long day. 🌃🛒 The only minor downside was that breakfast wasn’t included, even though the rate was over 600 RMB. While there are plenty of food options around, having a simple breakfast included would have significantly improved the value proposition. ☕️🍽️ All things considered, this is a top-tier choice for business travelers or anyone visiting Shenzhen for a short stay. With its unbeatable location, clean rooms, and reliable service, it’s already a great option—just a small tweak on pricing or meal inclusion could make it perfect. Highly recommend! 👍🌟🏨

There are plenty of trendy cafes and bars around, making it ideal for a casual night out or a relaxed morning coffee. The hotel itself has a cool, modern vibe with clean lines and stylish touches. Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky.
